Retail Notes From August
Just some thoughts about what happened from last month during my time at work. So, I don't think that this will be a very long article, but I will say that a lot has happened in retail. Most of management is still trying to find some sort of plan for the discount program and so far, they haven't found anything that most customers are able to use since most of them are still waiting for the time that they are able to enter the discounts outside without having to come into the store to do them.
With that said I am going to talk about some things that I have seen while working. I have seen that fast food company Wendy's has started a breakfast menu and I think that maybe they are competing with McDonalds in which ones are able to sell not only the best breakfast but also who can outsell as well. This is not new since before in one of my blogs I have written about Tim Horton's in getting into the pizza business. So, it seems that most fast-food restaurants are changing their menus.
This article isn't going to be long so I will just end this by saying that most food retailers have changed a lot in their pricing since I have started working for a retailer. If Wendy's, McDonalds and to some extent Starbucks changed their menus then chances are that other fast-food outlets will begin to change as well due to customer bases changing on a constant basis. I was going to talk about electric vehicles this month, but I will probably save it for next month if I haven't written about it already.
