Resurgence of India series…60 The concepts of quality and the role of Quality council of India

My beloved people of India,

Kind Attn: Central and state Governments, Quality Council, Political, Academic, Industrial, Agricultural, Health, Cultural institutions and the prospective Entrepreneurs of India,

Quality is the life excellence. Do we any of us have this sense about the quality? We have every type of institutions in the country under the government with the support of funds from the public exchequer. What is the quality factor of us within these systems to provision quality services to the poor people?

Are we here to trade for profit and play politics at the cost of quality of poor people? Are we robots to trade us in job market for our survival?  What is the role our Universities? Is it for producing   job seekers and traders, do we have adequate faculty of quality in our Universities and Institutions to empower the youth for creativity?  Is for witnessing and maintaining of these sort of neural breakdown systems that we have a government? For all these questions, we have to answer to our parents-the Universe and essentially responsible to be accountable to the youth and to the generations to come as they are coming here not to be again to transcend to poor quality beings or to send us to their past world of animals as  reprocessing cycle of poor quality beings.

Past is passed because of our ignorance, but negligence is crime and we will have to pay for it. Let us postpone our pride of alliance so as to learn first the cognitive Science and Art of life to enable us to play every game harmoniously for improved peace and prosperity as our Quality mission.

We have the resources and also the good intent, but in many cases every investment become misuse as we lack the real love (Science) and affection (Art) of cognition to bring the Quality to our missions.

Basic Problem is the disintegration of our every system. Academic systems stand separated from the industries. Social governance systems are far away from the people and our bureaucratic system works in closed rooms. There are no real cognitive research attempts or learning process in consecutive manner all along in our network systems of the society right from school to governance parlor.

We have to synchronize us and our every activity as per the Universal principles of quality excellence right from primary education and to train and support every system in the country in align with natural quality systems of excellence is the potential mission in front of Quality council of India.

Jobbers cannot do such potential transcending mission. We need to have SUN and Moon like people of virile and feminine qualities in our every human and social development systems in the country with properties of heat and light of wisdom to mentor the people. And this could be done introducing research in every system piloted by Quality Council of India as expert cluster of Academics, industry and social governance.

 Youth are very intelligent and enthusiastic many are aggressive entrepreneur aspirants in the country and it is pity that we have to submit to non-entrepreneurial class of people in the development systems of education, industry and social governance even sometimes to bribe them to get admissions, sanctions and approvals. Our Nation is facing very pathetic condition at the shop floor lack of mentoring spirit because of we people of poor quality in our systems and services unable to serve the youth with right solutions of their challenges. And again to keep on playing with dice of politics and economic indexes is a sort of conceit and not Quality.

Another challenge before our country is that most of the government systems are occupied by robot like jobbers through influences and  as well through the gimmick of selection and recruitment process and thus are unable to perform in quality because of the absence of properties of wisdom in many of us.   To some of our research questions, people of very senior positions mentioned that everyone is aware of the ill of the systems, but we tolerate and continue to be in service as we have family and children. That means the real culprit or threat is the economic uncertainty in our social systems that trap us to the capitalist’s net. It is the real quality failure of our mentoring system or of social governance.

Our politics is not grown really to address this basic anomaly. We don’t have adequate left or academic thinkers in our politics to guide the Nation in right prospective industriously. We talk a lot on bad of politics and project failures, because political parties in power also do not give real attention to the poor quality in our inherent social systems of education, industry and social governance.  Most of them are busy only to keep up power and positions hugging the party people for the purpose. It is sometimes surprising that how our women population is coming forward to make alliance with these sort of we people of greed and of poor quality always struggling for power and position at the cost of the poor people and thus again allowing to create poor quality breed. We have to bring quality into our democratic system and it is here the real focus and role of QCI.

A Man of wisdom is independent by Nature. He will not depend on anybody for doing things benevolently. Depending on others is a sort of slavery that will result to depression and loss in due course.  And we being slaves in systems how can we understand the values of vision and mission of entrepreneur applicants when they approach us for sanctions and approvals. In fact, because of such embarrassing situations only, some of the good intellectual breeds are also finally prefer to get into closed systems as jobbers for survival unable to blossom up for social goodness. Is this not the poor foundation of our economics or values? If the QCI is not able to address all these basic drawbacks our social systems, then for whose benefits we are all working for in quality labels?

Educated and uneducated behaving in similar manner applying for jobs is not logic. It reflects the folly of our education system. Lack of knowledge about self within and of the cognitive wisdom of enterprising is the cause of our major defeat and also to unemployment challenges.

Our education system or University is not meant for creating a sick society with the disintegrated philosophy of Industry, academy and social governance, it is the neural system to establish river of wisdom flowing to every nerve with a left research link to Universal ocean of wisdom-the Ganga and a right link to canalize this wisdom to industrial productivity for better health and wealth as Quality of social system and ascertaining this is the mentoring research role of QCI to be in purpose.
