(Note: ?The Vision of the father of the Nation was RAMARAJ rather DHARMARAJ whereas, we have missioned for PANDEMIC RAJ???unaware of the soul of India and there begin the virus customs in the Modern India. 75 years of geographical liberation is not a small period, unfortunately we could not put our Nation to our past glory of people’s democracy so far other than being a tail of democracy of hostility and trade of values.
?India is Mother Nature, rich enough and we the human beings are the cognitive links of her opulence. Ancient researchers rather preceptors of India put forward scientific methodologies for human and social development through Vedic literature. The problem is that we have lost the cognitive links of our parental wisdom being socially tumbled in exploiter’s cluster in the name of fraud democracy, where everything is traded including values. What is the justice behind trading values when values are inherent qualities? ?Properties are the health and wealth and is it not the heartlessness to trade our own health and wealth? We are not born to do business of trade or to exploit people for power and positions and where went off human faculty of thinking?
We do neither know anything about nurturing nor mentoring mankind valuable and scientifically while we claim ourselves as democratic. We are unaware of participate work culture and productivity theory of love and affection (cognitive art and science of entrepreneurship). Instead we mastered on concepts of exploitation, divide and rule, confusing, fishing out of trembled water and establishment of license raj make use of police as threatening law enforcement agency instead of serving as agents of better health of moral education. Defence and??security also focus only on external threats unaware of working together principles of industrious wealth, leave the people to slavery disintegrating justice to the courts of judiciary. This is not democracy, but could be addressed as autocracy and what does it meant by education in such pandemic state of being? ?Playing party politics is neither communism nor Congress and how could be possible a people democracy in such a non-cognitive social platform?. We can fool everybody for some time but not all the time. Where the term” UNIVERSITY” Stands when people are scattered.
?For everything people dragged right from elementary education. An entrepreneur aspirant is swapped from all corners. Lending money on interest to the aspiring entrepreneurs and taxing on every product and services ?by enforced laws and later when things get into ????uncertainty, ?entrepreneur get?branded ?as criminal, framing cases ?against threatening basic life, ?is that called mentor ship in a civilized society? Farmer’s suicide unable to pay the loan because of disaster management is not new to us.?India has to rise up from these sort of pandemic affairs of life, we survive mainly because of the presence of little bit consciousness in our court of justice., but does it matter when justice is served after all sort of harassment to the poor victims?)

Educating for Good Governance
A good holistic governance system with proper awareness of academic and industrial functioning in synchronization with Universal evolution is wanting. According to the Universal law, the given Work Science is Cognitive Work Culture. Integration of philosophy with intra-active know-how and cognition of essential resources with inter-active science of productivity for social benevolence by the self is the principle of Cognitive Work Culture.
Cognition is the inherent knowledge (Science and Art) of universal function. Acquiring the knowledge in sequence, sensibly understanding and purposefully executing it for creativity is cognition. After acquiring the cognitive knowledge, one becomes the creator or the entrepreneur. Philosophy, Chemistry and Physics together constitute natural Science. Art is the methodology of purposeful cognition-SKILLS FOR CREATIVITY.
(Unaware of this natural inherent scientific principle, mankind adopted stress methods and are swamped in sufferings and confusions. There is no self-awareness by Individuals and their roles towards the life mission. The cognitive Mission of this global NGO forum is to help the mankind with inter and intra-active communicative principles of creativity to lead a participation role IN GLOBAL SOCIETY AND THIS COULD BE ACHIEVED integrating Universities globally introducing Cognitive Science Research based Education and Sustainable Development Culture.)

?Lesson 1: Preamble- the Vision
The science and Art of human development is Cognitive Education. Cognition is a process of integration of Science and Art creatively for harmony and productivity.?And Education is the Social Technology for improved quality and quantity leading to peace and prosperity.
Science is the Spiritual feminine Quality of Mother Nature and Art is the spiritual virile power of the eternal.
In Universal perspective East is the Father ART and West is the Mother Nature-the Science and we mankind are in the South as industrious children, North being Academic informal preceptors. We have to link our social systems academically stretch towards North spread out our industrious wings in cognition with Science of Climate and Art of the Universe to design a POST COVID CULTURE to liberate us from all ill effects of pollution and from all sort of narrow social crisis. ?Empowering Higher education institutions with Cognitive Research for Entrepreneurship and Skill Development Education establishing research Chair for Cognitive Research in Universities and colleges are the first Mission. ?Thereafter, interlinking Universities globally developing and Empowering Academies and Industries as its two Wings for the industrious development of the people of the locality of the University or the institute, ?developing Universities as cognitive links of the Universe on earth as Grass root level political units of social integration.
A society of Entrepreneurs creating new enterprises, industries and wealth in harmony with nature towards a new society where man will live a truly Fulfilled life in peace with all beings and democracy in its purest sense will be a way of life.
