Therefore, a Preceptor is an all-inclusive man of freedom-the skillful Artist as Physics, the quality of research scientists as Entrepreneur fit to be as Democrats, KALI- (Space in Time) is his inherent wisdom as life Chemistry, the quality of graduates as Mentors fit to be as Republicans, People are the prospective undergraduates as qualities of three dimensional human resources of him, i.e., TAMO (Elemental-Vocational) community, RAJA (Mental- Managerial) and SATWA (Spiritual Ramadan’s –Benevolent) Community as Philosophy. ?Knowledge of this educational wisdom will bring us freedom and happiness in harmony. It is essential to restructure our Academic System accordingly for resurgence of excellence of us in the global or Universal prospective.)

Lesson 3: Re-structuring Academic Systems

(Critical Analysis: Though generally we are human beings of prospective nature, mostly we remain in blur state of elemental because of the wrecked social systems and of its unsustainable customs developed by the greed, lust and pride oriented former society. To re-structure the development systems in empowerment path for our sustainable growth, we need to critically analyze our past, present and future scientifically in the following systemic order):

PHILOSOPHICALLY, we are the projected Cognitive beings of three states of qualities, i.e., of Elemental state, Mental and spiritual state.

CHEMICALLY, we Human beings are the Conscious Chemistry of the Universe, being Cognitive beings of Philosophy at the left and Physics at the right.

PHYSICALLY, we exist in Space as Cognitive beings of Past time, Present and Future time.

The CULTURING SYSTEMS are Vertical from North to South with empowerment Science inherently.

DEMOCRATIC ENTREPRENEUR SHIP and REPUBLICAN MENTOR SHIP are BENEVOLENT/FRUITION SYSTEMS and are cyclic in horizontal path from West to East and vice versa as Left and Right Mission and Vision movement of Cognition of ABOUT-TURN.

?(The Challenge: Unfortunately our present social development systems are not edified on the above natural order thus exists in helter- skelter manner unable to sustain mainly because of lack of basic awareness of ?the ?bio- technology of micro and macro Eco -Systems (Individual self and Universal Self). Secondly, we don’t know the working together principle of the Universe for culturing creatively.)
