 An Innovative Mission for Human Empowerment     

Lesson: 1 Need of a Culturing System

(Caution: The Natural Art of Creation, i.e. Cognitive Work Science and Skill of Entrepreneurship with the Freedom of Duty Consciousness and awareness of  Science and Technology of the integration of environmental resources, i.e., Health and Wealth, is unknown or even if known to some, it is not  skilled to practice being the Social Systems are very impound. Exploitative and competitive jobber customs, Speculative Economics and Monotonous Practices of the Modern Society are  damaging the human relations, quality of life its products and services ultimately transforming the climate to pandemic as threat to the life of not only of us but also of future generations.)

There is urgent need to remove the growing discontent and unrest by attending to unemployment, illiteracy, ill health and declining living conditions, developed out of polluting activities of greed, lust, anger, pride, desperate , poor quality conditions of the people. A development strategy, which can respond to such needs and urges and will go beyond growth and justice, is a Culturing System of Cognitive Education for skill development and entrepreneurship.

1.1.   The Social Challenge

In the modern society, most of the things are carried out aimlessly expending available resources without proper understanding as ritual practice whether it is sports, games, education, industry, governance or academy and feels desperate at loss of energy and on undesired results. It is really unfortunate that mankind got into black hole of lust and greed and bound by it for centuries without understanding cognitive link of universal wheel of work for achieving liberation for peace, prosperity and happiness.

Even after repeated warning from the Mother Nature, the surprising fact is that the people are willing to change, but the social Masters and Mentors not only won’t feel to change but want to reinforce the Data and Customs imposing more and more controls.

2. SCOSAQ-the NGO Mission

(SCOSAQ mission is the unique attempt to re-link the mankind to the Universal wheel of work training trainers of the Academy, Industry and Social governance imparting cognitive education. Empowering and developing Universities as cognitive research link of the Universe for the development of youth of every respective locality involving the people of the locality in academic and in industrial projects as its two wings is very catalytic approach for a change and for an all inclusive growth.)

There is research solution for every problem. This Civil Society has been researching for more the three decades to find solutions to the problems of the people. The research outputs have been brought out in the form of books and study materials. To take forward the message to the global Society the NGO has also initiated a research movement  for establishing Center for Social Excellence in Universities globally forming INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY FOR SOCIAL EXCELLENCE under a CSR organization Cognitive Institute of Research Training and Empowerment P Ltd  as Cognitive link of this Society for cognition of Science and Art for Quality (SCOSAQ) www.cseonline.org.

(The Academy is being established in Thirunal Veli District of Tamil Nadu- the traditional hot spot of Spiritual Education of the Universe)

3. Action Plan

Integration of Universities for research in Cognitive Education  providing consultancy and guides services for aspiring researchers for PhD/ providing faculty training for  developing the students in industrial and academic projects as its two wings of the University involving people of the locality is the mode of operation.

The NGO will help the University to establish a Research Platform for   Cognitive Education for developing post doctoral research guides for:

(1)         Training and development of  Teachers at School and faculty members of   higher education

(2)         Training and Development of bureaucrats, Police, Defense officers and Social Mentors linking respective Training Establishments with IASE for operational research under self financing scheme or under Sponsored Programs for ascertain the quality for fit to be in the position prospective with the changing needs.

(3)         To train and guide the aspiring research scholars to Establish Research Park Region wise under the NGO society for the development of the people of the Locality, academically, industrially and culturally, this will include skill and Entrepreneurship development Under University certification in different Level Provisioning massive employment ventures/start ups.

(UN University shall be the academic partner of the NGO apex mission facilitating Academic requirements of university)

Innovative research projects I,e., of foreign collaboration, faculty exchange, technology transfer etc will be taken up nationally and internationally as joint efforts of the University and NGO.

IASE Drive is for operating online Training and Guidance Portal to reach out to all the Member Universities facilitating global operation. HRD Scientists of IASE will also visit as guest faculty to the member Universities as per the need.

4.  Output/ Direct results

(Enlightenment of the modern society is the outcome. A generation will emerge with awareness and duty consciousness for creativity acquiring entrepreneurial skill to role play productively, free from fear, confusions and all the apprehensions of life.

A mentoring society will come in force where people will feel more secure and prospective. Masters and executives will realize the mentoring roles for social harmony. The job custom will shift to work culture. The shift is from exploitation to participation, from competition to co-operation. The economy will shift from expenditure to investment. Academy, industry and governance institutions will evolve in consecutive manner as units of oneness. There will not be any room for stress, strain or for conflicts. )

This multi dimensional venture will on its accomplishment open up a prospective world of natural order, where, the problems of the society would be brought under control and confidence is developed for an eternal movement of peace and prosperity role playing benevolently globally by everyone enjoying the nectar of life.

5. Impact

Social mission of academy, industry and governance will emerge with the motto of excellence in coming future supporting and mentoring people locally developing each university as centrist for productivity. No individual to be left out as weak or poor. Everyone shall be brought out to the Universal stream of excellence evolution as members of one family.

6. NGO Potential

(The promoter of this human empowerment mission is a born catalyst entrepreneur, industrialist turned academician and a post doctoral research scientist in human resource management. He has done his PhD carrying out operational research in cognitive work science from BITS Pilani. He is the founder director of Foundation for Human Excellence a research and empowerment organization on HRD. Where, he has been researching for more the three decades to find solutions to the problems of the people developing pro-nature work culture involving operational activities of academics and Industry. He has published a number research papers in this regard in reputed journals and also present papers in various national and international seminars and conferences. The research outputs are brought out in the form of books and study materials and have the approvals of the universities and institutions nationally and internationally including Harvard University. International Academy for Social Excellence (IASE) has been envisioned to take forward the message to the global society.

This project is made with expertise gained out of three decades of acid test experience and research with the objective of enlighten the people and to eliminate short falls among new generation aspiring entrepreneurs. It is the experience that has gained, going to share to the global society forming this NGO flow out of our immense love and affection in peace of harmony as style of life of mankind free from sickness and conflicts liberating the Society from present pandemic COVID-19.

The following are the indications and could be worked out as per feasibility study jointly by the aspiring directors/corporate/Government agencies/ willing to contribute Land, infra and financial supports by way of CSR or of donations. Donations are exempted under 80G IT acts of Government of India.
