The prestigious 8 week incubation program is aimed at fostering the growth and development of our company.? We are supported with? relevant skills, strategic refinement, networking opportunities, mentorship and expert masterclass sessions from seasoned industry experts to achieve a minimum viable product.?

Apprenticeship with Construction Kaiser Limited (CKL)

Just last week,? I successfully completed a one-year apprenticeship with Construction Kaiser Limited (CKL) ,? a 30 year old indigenous and reputable construction company.?

During the course of this comprehensive training, I shadowed all 14 departments in the company to learn about the numerous opportunities in the value chain, thus helping me build openhouse into a competitive and sustainable brand.?

This apprenticeship has provided me with a deeper understanding of the Nigerian construction landscape, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve you better: commercial operations, integrity as a core value, Project management, taxations, recruitment, procurement and logistics, bids and estimating, health and safety,? human resources, system compliance, organisation administration, internal auditing, corporate communication, information technology, legal and many more.?

Participating in this program has been an incredible privilege, allowing me to gain insights from industry experts and develop strategies that will benefit openhouse's future.?

I also got accepted into the ALX Data Analytics Training and the Founder Academy in order to learn valuable skills and knowledge so as to establish openhouse as a digital hub in Africa.

Last week marked the end of Month 1 - an intensive period of learning,? unlearning and relearning with weekly contents,?tests, milestones and peer exercises. The results have been transformational.?

Over the course of 6 months, I will acquire the skills to effectively collect, organize, analyze, and present data. This will enable our team make data-driven decisions, optimize the performance of the openhouse brand, and tailor real estate services to meet your expectations.

We would be able to make informed decisions on pricing, marketing, and investment opportunities; identify effective marketing channels, target customer segments, and measure campaign success, giving openhouse a competitive edge in the real estate industry, thus positioning our brand as a leader in the digital real estate space in Africa.

While these experiences have been tremendously beneficial for our company's future, I acknowledge that it resulted in a temporary pause in our LinkedIn communications. This does not align with our? commitment to consistent communication and engagement as we understand the importance of? maintaining an active presence on this platform to keep you informed and engaged.??
