Have you had great ideas? Probably everyone has. When building your résumé you need to show that you have had ideas that I've had a positive impact on making money or reducing expenses for your employer.

Of course you can't just put on your résumé that you had some great new ideas. You need to quantify them by explaining what the idea was and how it improved a policy, procedure, or other impact.
