This is a critical-need field. I was a caregiver to both of my parents. I did NOT have access to services or viable information on how to work and fulfill that responsibility. I spent many hours seeking online information that was simply not available at that time which was only a few years ago. It is an under-reported issue that is now being faced by every family as our seniors are living longer but the service industry is not keeping up. I am very encouraged to see attention being given to this subject.
