Welcome to another edition of my RESULTS newsletter. In this edition, I have got several ideas for increasing profit to show you, and an opportunity to meet up. I also have some questions for you!

The purpose of a business is to make a profit

The purpose of a business is to make a profit and then do good things with the profit. If this is true, then the question is: How can you make more profit? The answer is simple, but not always easy. You need to:

  1. Reduce costs
  2. Increase sales

Questions are the answer

Thinking is the process of asking and answering questions. If that is true, then we need to do more thinking. But are we asking the right questions in our businesses on a daily basis?

If you are asking questions like:

  1. Why do I have to do this?
  2. How can I get everything done?
  3. How come I can't make more profit?

Then they may not be the best questions to steer your thinking in terms of growing your business. So It might be better to ask yourself questions like:

  1. What is the No.1 thing I can do today in order to grow my business?
  2. How can I increase the effectiveness of my lead generation?
  3. What can I do to improve my lead-to-sale conversion rate?

Ask a better question, and you will get a better answer.
