Resulticks - Outcome based Individualised Real Time engagement
Forget about Personalisation, we've moved on way further than that, to individualisation. Forget AI and Machine Learning as separate parts of your marketing efforts, it's engrained in everything we do. Forget about real time engagement, that's a de facto standard of your engagement model. Forget about reporting, but think about outcome based marketing, powered by advanced analytics. Omnichannel marketing? Well if you don't serve all channels your brands' customers want to use, you're insignificant to begin with.
About 1.5 months ago I joined Resulticks, after being introduced to the company and solution by Sophie Pibouin, who runs our US business. When she talked to me about Resulticks, I was somewhat sceptical of the positive stories she was telling me. Could this company truly have such a powerful platform, based on such advanced technology? And how could we diversify ourselves from all the other (big!) players in the Marketing Automation space? It didn't take long for me to understand where the power of our solutions comes from, and in this article I will share my perspective on our company and our solution, after 1.5 months of sheer happiness being able to work with my colleagues, customers and this awesome technology every day!
The Company
Resulticks was established as the platform it is today by Redickaa Subrammanian and co-founder Dakshen Ram in 2014. After having been in the Marketing space as one of the leading Digital Agencies worldwide, Interakt, serving hundreds of Enterprise customers globally, they realised that the different solutions available in the market all had certain capability missing that were however crucial to serve the brands they served through their agency. In essence many of the platforms they were looking to leverage overpromised but underperformed. So, the decision was made to build a solution, by Marketers - for Marketers. In the next few years they build up the organisation and succeeded in helping many large organisations (initially mainly in Asia) to be successful in their marketing engagement to their customers. Ever since the start of the company and the Resulticks solution, it was build with the Marketer at heart. The solution serves customers in the B2B, the B2C, B2B2B and the B2B2C space - both brands as well as agencies. We're now present globally, with our most recent office opening in the beautiful Chrysler Building in NYC.
The Solution
It's hard to highlight all the incredibly powerful capabilities the Resulticks mCloud offers in one article alone (as there are so many...), but I will focus on what I believe to be the uniqueness in our approach.
Data - As any Marketing Platform should be build, our solution has a true Customer Information Hub (CIH) at its core. In essence one could argue that this is our Customer Data Platform (CDP) but without making the data actionable, a CDP itself doesn't do that much. Data is the cornerstone of a robust audience data platform. Resulticks consolidates and integrates all your data—structured and unstructured—to deliver audience identity management, micro-segmentation, persona definitions, and KPI derivatives for predictive and uplift modelling.
All-channel communication - Yes I've seen the Omnichannel promise in so many marketing solutions - but not like Resulticks does it in its' mCloud platform. First off all, when you start using our solution, you start with 75+ API's into the biggest solutions. This ranges from CRM applications, to Webinar technology, to eCommerce solutions, RDBMS, to social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter to name a few. Plug and play has truly become plug and play. Resulticks’ sophisticated rules engine enables real-time conversations and unique brand experiences. It automates dynamic next best actions and bridges the offline-to-online conversion gap with its omnichannel reach and orchestration capabilities.
Smart Link - One of the biggest issues that Marketers face is to be able to track their audience across channel and across device. Add to that the difficulty of identifying unknown audiences. With our patented Smart Link capability, we ARE able to know where your customers are, how they engage with you, across channel and across device. The Smart Link also allows us to constantly enrich the data about your customers in our Customer Information Hub. This allows for Individualization which goes way beyond personalisation. The rules engine recognizes events associated with audience communications, identifies and prioritizes rules mapped with these events, and then triggers automated responses to drive the best results. Throughout the whole solution.
Outcome based marketing and Advanced Analytics - Without having real time insight into the success of your marketing efforts, any engagement platform is useless. 5 年Arjen van der Broek Great article highlighting Resulticks' platform. IMO, here are some salient takeaway that caught my attention which should resonate with clients. Guess BD/Sales should have an easy time if capabilities highlighted hold true :-)? Key items/platform differentiators - (a) Vision Origin: Only an agency/solution implementer at the client will have the deepest appreciation for all the "undelivered promises" of point-solutions/platform vendors. This perspective seems to have translated into mCloud right off the gates;? (b) CIH - a true consumer centric "profile-graph" (as I would like to call it) is key; Add to this the SmartLink notion which seamlessly enables delivery of omni-channel engagement promise (QUESTION - Presume there is a way to connect SmartLink to external ecosystem of vendor solutions/their id-links?); (c) API connect OOTB into Mar-Tech/Ad-Tech ecosystem of solutions across categories - truly enables adoption of best-of-breed point vendors for select needs at client; (d) True infusion of AI/ML & Analytics - Dynamic prioritization of rules based on observed events & related trigger of automatic responses + leveraging indy./internal benchmarks in insights provision.
