Restroom Training Made Easier

This was an article that I wrote for Cleaning & Maintenance Management magazine in March 2016, titled Five Questions on Restroom Training.
I really feel it is so important to train staff not only at the beginning of their employment but ongoing so that you have fewer complaints and establish a high level of service throughout the life of the contract.
Having standardized procedures and consistency in inspections of these areas are critical to the health of your company and more importantly the health of the building occupants and guests that enter these restrooms. You only have one chance to make a first impression.

7 年Hello Joel, Great article. I couldn't agree more. Using the right products and training sure helps. Too many times I have come across really bad quality cleaning jobs. Keep up the good articles.
