From 2018 to 2022, Rockbond worked with the team at McKee Fehl on the Stewart Dawson’s Corner project at 360 Lambton Quay. ?Stewart Dawson’s corner is another iconic Wellington Heritage Building.

This project was a very complex construction site, with a wide range of construction and remediation work carried out including the restoration of a 100-year-old building fa?ade.
