Have you Seen, Touched, Smelled, Tasted, Heard, Sensed Divine Wait Lately?

Will you Recognize it when it shows up?

• Merriam-Webster's Dictionary Definition of wait for English Language Learners. : to stay in a place until an expected event happens, until someone arrives, until it is your turn to do something, etc. : to not do something until something else happens.

What does Jesus teach us about Divine "Wait"?

• What are you Waiting for? Do you understand "God's Divine Timing" in Your Wait?

Waiting Lamentations 3:25 The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him.

Psalm 27:14 

• Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!

Habakkuk 2:3 - Do you Know God's Divine Timing is your Wait? How are You Waiting on God's Divine Timing? Are you waiting in "delightful anticipation of his manifest ion? or are you waiting in "pain, anguish, suffering"? The Good News is: You have Free Will to Choose!

• For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.

Isaiah 40:31 - A Delightful BENEFIT for Those of us who Choose to "Wait" on the Lord to Manifest HIS Outcome in our earthly life situations...

• But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

"How" are You Waiting?

• Are you Being Still? kind, loving, trusting and obedient (in your mind, body, soul and spirit)? OR
• Are You "doing your own thing" IN THE MEANTIME, as you Wait?
• Are you building golden calves? Getting Drunk? Doing Drugs? Sexual impurities? Immoral Acts? Lying? Cheating? Stealing? Killing? Busy propagated foolishness and deceit? Scheming up evil schemes against someone you do not like or jealous of?
• How are You Teaching Your loved ones to Wait?

God reminds us to "BE STILL"! Psalm 37:7

• Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!

 Who & What are You Waiting On? an external temporary fix? a friend? law enforcement? government? a foe? a job? a paycheck? a health report? a grade report? a diagnosis? an income producing opportunity? something "external to yourself? et. al.?

Psalm 130:5-6

• I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in his word I hope; my soul waits for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.

Micah 7:7 Are You Waiting for God to deliver You? Do You Know 'HOW' to Wait on God to Answer your prayer? Are you Waiting to Bless Someone with Your Gift? Are You Waiting to do Good? Would you recognize God's Divine "wait" time?

• But as for me, I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.

Psalm 39:7 

“And now, O Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in you.

Isaiah 30:18 

• Therefore the Lord waits to be gracious to you, and therefore he exalts himself to show mercy to you. For the Lord is a God of justice; blessed are all those who wait for him.

Psalm 62:5 

For God alone, O my soul, wait in silence, for my hope is from him.

Isaiah 33:2 

O Lord, be gracious to us; we wait for you. Be our arm every morning, our salvation in the time of trouble.

Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield.

Psalm 25:5 Are you Waiting for God to Lead and Teach You about your request?

James 5:7 - Are you Waiting "Patiently" for God to Answer You? Do You Understand the "Wait" of a Farmer as he plants his seeds, nurture them to growth and wait on the harvest, even amidst risk of loss due to inclimate weather conditions, yet produces a grand harvest, after a period of WAITING, AFTER he did the work to be active, in the meantime, to plant and nurture the seeds and crops, divinely ordered by God in nature? Patience in Waiting is Living within God's Divine Order to "Wait". Are You Patiently waiting?

• Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains.

Romans 5:1-21 Are you rejoicing in your suffering as you wait on God?

Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that

• suffering produces endurance, and
• endurance produces character, and
• character produces hope, and
• hope does not put us to shame,
• because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. ...

Psalm 25:21 Are you waiting with "integrity" for God to Answer you?

May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.

Lamentations 3:26 Are you waiting Quietly?

It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.

Proverbs 20:22 Are You taking matters into your own hands to repay an evil deed?

• Do not say, “I will repay evil”; wait for the Lord, and he will deliver you.

Hosea 12:6 Are you holding on to Unconditional Love and JUSTICE, as you Wait on God?

“So you, by the help of your God, return, hold fast to love and justice, and wait continually for your God.”

Psalm 62:1 - Are you Waiting in Silence for God's Timing?

To the choirmaster: according to Jeduthun. A Psalm of David. For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.

Galatians 5:5 Are you "eagerly" awaiting God's answer to your situation?

For through the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness.

Galatians 6:9 Are you a "Doer of Good", in word and deed?

And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Psalm 37:9 Are You a "Doer of Evil", in word and deed?

• For the evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the Lord shall inherit the land.

Isaiah 8:17 

I will wait for the Lord, who is hiding his face from the house of Jacob, and I will hope in him.

HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT

1. What can I do today from where I AM in the Blessings and Lessons of God to Restore God's Divine Order within My WAIT first, and then to my Man, my Woman, my children, my family, my community, et. al.?
2. What are my Children Learning from my daily behavior, within the home, about God's Divine Wait? am i waiting "impatiently", arguably, ? am i waiting in love, patience, kindness? am i waiting on God in trust and obedience?
3. What are my children learning from my example of God's Divine "Wait"? How are they applying it within their own lives external to our home? How do we measure the outcomes of the Divine Wait vs. rushing into something for the wrong reasons, like marriage, relocation, job, boyfriend, girlfriend, et. al.?
4. HOW am I Waiting on God to answer my daily prayers? am i giving up my internal power to external situations like going to the one that stands in the holy place of our temples, churches for "money", as if "they" are the God to bring healing and answers to our prayers and requests before God, as we wait?
5. Am I teaching my children waiting on God requires them to become an active participating paying member into one of the many religious social clubs that exists amongst them, known today as church?
6. What does your Divine Wait look like, feel like, taste like, sound like, smell like, sense like? Is it YOUR's or is it Some one else's Divine Wait that you are taking on? Do you know the difference?
7. Who are you waiting on? What are you waiting for? Why are you waiting for it? When do you wait for it? Where do you wait for it? How do you wait for it? Do you know?
8. How are you Leading by Example, the Divine Wait within your Family and Community? Do you know?
9. How are your children leading by example within their lives and environments, the Divine Wait? are they waiting patiently to get on the honor roll? the sports team? the music and art team? et. al?
10. Are you waiting in Fear or Faith? Are you Waiting in Love or Hate? Are you waiting in Peace or War?

The Good News is "We get to Choose"; Let's Choose Wisely, as we experience the benefits of "Waiting on God", divinely, has he ordered.
