Restore: one of the major themes for Spring-Summer 26

Restore, the third theme of the season, invites us to regenerate natural and cultural ecosystems and revitalise craftsmanship. It’s a theme encouraging restoration—of everything from our connections to objects, soils and even our industry by adapting products to needs and re-adapting processes to resources.



Innovators are exploring biotechnology, recycling, and even carbon capture to create color solutions that can compete with the vibrancy, fastness, and uniformity of conventional dyes. These methods aim to minimise waste, reduce reliance on petrochemicals, and enhance circularity.


The United Kingdom’s fashion and textile industry is the third largest in the world after China and the United States, with the value of its retail market put by various analysts at between £53-57 billion in 2024.

With around 4.3 billion garments predicted to be sold in the UK in 2024, British consumers are each purchasing an average of 64 items annually – illustrating the level to which fast fashion has established its foothold – with between 30-40% of purchases now made online and only around 6% of all sales falling into the ‘luxury’ category


A dialogue between fashion and craftsmanship: (re)discover the art of weaving with Stéphanie Lacoste at Blossom PV.

Textile creator Stéphanie Lacoste is taking over the Blossom Première Vision show to unveil her delicate universe. Through her creations, the artist explores the boundaries of materials, blending tradition and innovation. On 11 & 12 December, visitors will be able to attend exclusive demonstrations where Stéphanie Lacoste will create custom pieces.

Trained at the prestigious Boulle and Duperré schools, Stéphanie Lacoste now practices her art in her workshop Curiosité Textile, a veritable laboratory of experimentation where weaving, color, and light dialogue with unexpected materials such as stone, wood, and straw, which the artist plays at diverting from their intended uses.
