Some formulas to follow as a server and to grade your service (taken from "Service Matters" by Sarah Dickerman; https://www.restaurantstats.com/service-matters):
Greeting skills: S+ = HGTY
Good Service = Hello, Goodbye, and Thank You.
The Personality Principle: $ = 1/P+C
Money is inversely proportional to personality with addition of cordiality.
Checking In: ? ≠ MF
Don't check-in when customers have a mouthful.
The Mistake Principal: CM ≤ M
Correcting a mistake should take less than the time of the mistake.
