Restaurant Realty Sells a Thriving San Francisco Lunch Hot Spot in the Financial District!

When owner, Andy Mercy, approached Restaurant Realty and agent Andy Mirabell to sell his high volume lunch concept, Dabba, we were ready.  Dabba was created to be a healthy, international, quick service lunch concept within an amazingly designed space. The concept greatly appealed to the workers who filled the surrounding downtown high-rise office buildings, as well as created a very high delivery sale.  Once Dabba decided to pivot from their San Francisco locations, Restaurant Realty and Andy Mirabell were confidant they could find the right concept to take this amazing space. 

In a short time after the listing was created Andy Mirabell connected with Guy Eshel and his partner. Guy is the young and enthusiastic chef, creator and owner of Sababa and new concept Fly Bird. Sababa is a vibrant and popular Israeli street food concept with two SF locations.  Guy saw a lot of potential for Sababa’s third location in this Financial district space given the clienteles enthusiasm for healthy, fresh and fast food selections.  Andy Mirabell navigated the sale and escrow process to help get this great concept into the 71 Stevenson St. location.  Restaurant Realty and Andy Mirabell look forward to seeing Sababa thrive in this space, as well as the opportunity to work with Guy’s great concepts again in the near future.
