Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including menu development, staff scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of culinary professionals.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Drive revenue and profitability through effective cost management and innovative promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
