Restaurant Chef - Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Waldorf Astoria Orlando is looking for a Restaurant Chef to join our award-winning team!

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining.?

In this role, you will assist in overseeing the culinary team across 3 kitchens servicing 5 outlets and managing a team of 15-20 (including a supervisor). This includes Clubhouse Grill, Aquamarine (pool restaurant), and Oscar's Brasserie (breakfast restaurant) which also services Peacock Alley (lobby bar) and In-Room Dining. You will report directly to the Senior Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging leader who thrives in a high-volume environment with a passion for innovation and developing others. At least three (3) years of prior culinary leadership experience in an upscale, high-volume environment and proven success of progression and tenure in prior roles is required. Prior luxury hotel and multi-outlet management experience are a plus.
