Rest is Not for the Weak....

Now that workplaces are returning to more in person schedules including events, spring school calendars are in full bloom and the many invites are coming to your inbox, mailbox and text direct messaging. How are you managing? When you reimagine your calendar and start to integrate your days with a wellbeing lens, you actually have permission to build rest into the design. You can decide what is an absolute 'yes' and what is a 'no'. How are you designing your week this week?
