A well rested mind can be very productive mind while looking for a job. Job seekers often find themselves caught up in a whirlwind of applications, interviews, rejections, ghosting and networking events. The pressure to find the a job can be overwhelming, leading many to neglect their own mental, emotional and physical well-being in pursuit of their career goals. However, taking the time to rest, reflect and relax is not only important for maintaining a healthy work-life balance but can also significantly benefit job seekers in their search for employment.

Rest is a crucial component of overall well-being, allowing individuals to recharge both physically and mentally. So many good R words out there! Love the effect bit... relax might be hard but it's a good idea! I speak about the key to Rest, Recovery & Rejuvenation to get over & prevent future cycles of burnout.
