Rest in Paradise Mr. Granger Cobb

Our senior living industry lost a pillar, Mr. Granger Cobb. He was the former President and CEO of Summerville Senior Living and Emeritus.

He had dedicated many years developing assisted living and memory care communities throughout the U.S. Mr. Cobb did it with excellence, integrity, and vision.

I remember a personal conversation I had with Mr. Cobb as I developed my career. He said to me, "If you put residents always first on your list of priorities the rest will work out for itself".  Thank you Mr. Cobb for teaching me that valuable lesson. I continue to follow it today and I will always teach others the same values as you thought me.

Rest in Paradise

What a nice tribute, Nestor.? I enjoyed working with Granger, at Summerville, and was very sad to learn he had passed.??

I’ll never forget my first time meeting Granger Cobb. He cared for working people and their family as well. When he said, “If you miss one of your kids athletic events to be at the office, then you truly don’t understand the meaning of: Our Family Is Committed To Yours.” He made me want to be the best.
