Working as an HR means you have a lot of responsibilities on your shoulders.
So, When I was working as an HR, I always make a list and according to that i proceed my work.
So, if you are calling particular candidate for interview so that is very important for you, so giving result and their feedback is also very important.
If you feel like you always forget to send rejection mail, or the feedback then you can make a list and at the end of the day go through with that list and put a mark which you have done, and unmarked things considered first while starting the new day.
So, candidate will not call you again and again, for their result or feedback.
Because i saw lot of post and messages where candidates are complaining that why HR not give proper feedback
Because of all these small-small mistake people make jokes, memes about HR.
So be responsible.
