Pupils ‘Let their light shine’ with Barclays LifeSkills??
BITC facilitators work with teachers and Barclays volunteers to deliver face-to-face and virtual workshops on CV writing, networking, problem-solving, creativity, resilience, communication and online reputation management. In the academic year 2023/24,164 Barclays volunteers facilitated in schools, benefitting 2784 pupils in Scotland.?
Through Barclays LifeSkills workshops, students from Eastbank Academy have been empowered to shine brightly as they prepare for life after education, getting ready to enter the world of work for the first time. Read the full case study??
Enterprise Mobility is Opening Doors to diverse talent?
Enterprise Mobility is one of the largest mobility providers. It recruits more than 2,000 people in the UK every year across a broad range of roles. Enterprise Mobility signed up to the BITC inclusive recruitment campaign, Opening Doors, in July 2022, recognising that being part of the network could help to increase its impact. Through joining Opening Doors, Enterprise Mobility has carried out its inclusive recruitment commitments by reviewing job descriptions, having a personal approach to recruitment, and being recognised as a ‘Disability Confident Leader.’ ? ?
