Not to diminish any other families pain & suffering but RH is a 3bdrm private home with separte groundskeeper or temporary owner quarters. Rules/regulations prevent just signing property over to non profit yet.

RH is for Military & Veteran families to enjoy a 2 wk getaway to celebrate the life of their terminally ill child. BLOG, VLOG create lasting memories. The locals say RH has a million dollar view. Black Hills, Jerome & all my monies were spent on property improvement, theraputic hot tub & more.

RH is a private 3 bdrm home with separate groundskeeper quarters. 52 wks makes it necessary to limit priority to Military & Veteran families.
