Resources to help navigate COVID-19

Protecting employees’ physical and emotional well-being is paramount, especially given the pace of change as this pandemic continues to unfold. At PwC we are already considering what “returning to the workplace” will mean for our organization, and the tools and processes that will be needed to care for our people and manage their risk of exposure as we look ahead.

I cannot emphasize enough that we are all in this together. By protecting and empowering each other, we will all emerge stronger. For that reason, I’m happy to share the following PwC learnings and resources. 

First and foremost, if you are a business leader looking for resources to help protect your people and boost their productivity, I encourage you to explore our 20-point action plan. Our new contact tracing tool also helps to enable enterprise preparedness by identifying risk exposure so you can quickly take action and reduce future impact of COVID-19 on your people. 

We also know this is a time to lead with empathy and champion wellness from the top down, including mental health.
