We marked #WorldCerebralPalsyDay with our caricature artist, Anjan Satish. He was born with CP and has hearing and speech impairments. At a Disability and Inclusion event organised by Great Place to Work, he drew the caricature of Manasi Joshi, a World champion para-badminton player.?
Chain Singh Rajpurohit with a locomotor disability originally from a Jodhpur village fought in court to get a medical in college but had to part way with his dreams. But he did not give up; today, he works at an American firm. “My dreams were shattered just because some institutions assumed I wouldn’t be able to work as a doctor efficiently with a disability,” he says. Our talent, Niyaz Hussain, gets featured in The Logical Indian. "I can proudly say that I have created more than 700 paintings and artworks so far.
