There ought to be a different thinking to resolving disputes.  We are in a jet paced world where anything can happen any minute!! 

Disputes are like pains.  Everyone wants relief from pain quickly.  So is the case with disputes. It should be resolved quickly and inexpensively.

Mediation is the best elixir to disputes today. If Lord Ram had heard the story of Ravana, Ramayana would have never happened.
