(Resolved) Migration Batch stuck while migrating Exchange Server 2010 Sp3 to 2013 SP1

I was working with a customer where I was migrating their Exchange Server from 2010 sp3 to Exchange Server 2013 SP1. They environment had a single Exchange Server 2010 Server with all the role enabled or installed and a Single Exchange Server 2013 with all the roles installed on it.

I was successfully able to migrated about 500 Users across migration batches. I just encounter an error or you can say issue where I started migration batch containing anywhere from one mailbox to 30 + and the batch mailboxes goes to the state of “Syncing”. And nothing means no items are synced and the mailboxes stay in this state for many hours like if I say it I used to wait like 48 hours and nothing just changed the state was same the items was same like 0kb and nothing synced it was just stucked. I could migrate mailboxes between databases on the 2010 server without issue, it is only when migrating to 2013. There is nothing in the Event Logs that I can see that relates to this either. We only had around 500 mailboxes to go, however we are simply stuck and cannot migrate any mailboxes.

After a lot of working on this issue but the state was same but fortunately I just tried the given thing it just worked like charm and solved my problems.

You only have to restart the Mailbox Replication Service and Search Indexer Service by opening Services.msc on Run

Hope it will work for you too like my article if you think this is new for you guys. Happy Sunday :)
