Milon would say: “Improve 1% every day”. The achiever says, "Be ready for the lion of the day."

Milon of Croton was an ancient Greek celebrity in the age of ancient games. His feat ? Well, the story goes that he won close to 12 wrestling titles at the Olympic Games and the Pythian Games.

The theory of “improving 1% every day and 3 months later we will have doubled the performance”, was inspired by the narrative (true or not) that Milon gained his strength by carrying a calf on his back, every day from his birth until become a bull. The lesson that matters here is about the north, courage, discipline, humbleness and persistence.

The titles will come to the enterprising warriors who manage to clearly define where they want to go, and resolutely start the journey. But that's not enough. You have to continue the journey. Your next step is always the most important. No matter what strength he has built up to this point, he will always have to acquire different skills to continue.

Your business plan or plan to have a business is full of dreams and New Year's resolutions, right? Know that it is possible to get there.
