For the residents of IT Park engaged in export activities, a series of supplementary opportunities have been established.
Resolution of the President of Uzbekistan No. RP-87 dated February 26, 2024, “On additional measures for the development of service exports in digitalization sphere in country” has been adopted.
According to the resolution, the following have been outlined:
Under the “Zero Risk” program:
- State buildings and areas (premises), upon recommendation by IT Park, are gratuitously allocated for a term of up to 1 year;
- New computers, equipment, and machinery procured by IT Park are granted for use, exempt from charges for a one-year term, with subsequent payment (acquisition) within a three-month interest-free period;
- Wage expenses are reimbursed up to 15% over the course of one year, commensurate with the number of personnel engaged in labor activities;
- Partial reimbursement of expenses for human resource development.
Within the “Local to Global” program:
- IT Park provides free consulting (export mentoring) services
- Up to 50% of expenses for entering the global market are covered within limited amounts;
- Half of expenses incurred for training on esteemed international platforms and educational pursuits are covered;
- Under the “One Million Uzbek Coders” project, the opportunity for free training on online courses in high-demand export directions will be provided.
Furthermore, with the aim of advancing Uzbekistan's IT potential on the global stage, attracting foreign companies to our country, and securing foreign orders:
- In 2024, IT Park representative offices (branches) will be established in Germany and Saudi Arabia;
- Regular international events “Uzbekistan IT Days” will be convened in foreign countries.
