Resilience Knocked. We Answered.
Messy action? Taken. Fear? Facing it head-on. But here’s the truth: just when you think you’ve got it all down, life throws in a new twist. That’s when resilience steps up to the plate. For me, resilience isn’t about bouncing back in some picture-perfect way; it’s about choosing, time and again, to keep moving forward—no matter how unexpected the path.
After those first brave steps, I realized resilience is built in the everyday moments when you whisper to yourself, “We’ve got this.” Just recently, I hit a setback that shook me. It would’ve been easy to take a step back, to let the fear of messing up hold me down. But here’s the beauty of resilience: it invites you to lean into discomfort, show up, and believe that every little step counts.
"Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving." – Albert Einstein
And here’s the best part—resilience isn’t a solo journey. Having someone like Barb Wade —a coach for high-achieving women—has been beyond valuable. Barb’s guidance helped me see that resilience isn’t just about grit; it’s about taking each challenge as an opportunity to grow, evolve, and shine a little brighter.
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." – Winston Churchill
Resilience isn’t about knowing it all or having a perfect plan. It’s about showing up, even when things get a little messy. With Barb’s insight, I’ve discovered a whole new level of strength—the kind that fuels creativity, growth, and connections that matter.
So, if you’re on a similar path, remember this: resilience isn’t about never falling down. It’s about how many times you stand back up, ready for what’s next.
