Resilience for health care workers in times of covid 19?

2014 I gave a lecture and workshop at the second world congress of resilience in Timisoara Romania.

A summary of my workshop was published in the proceedings. In the paper I review some risk factors of compassion stress and fatigue and contrast this with compassion satisfaction and resilience. Particularly attention is given at ways to prevent compassion fatigue and burnout and to promote resilience. A metaphor of finding or creating psychological antibodies to inoculate individuals with that and to promote a satisfying working climate despite adversity. (Self) Hypnosis methods can be integrated in all important aspects that contribute to resiliency.
