Earlier this week, Nigeria Chef, Hilda Baci broke the Guinness World Record for the longest cooking time by an individual and set a new record time of 100 hours and 40 minutes.

Not only does resilience have a new face, but it's a beautiful face! The face of Nigerian Chef and Restauranteur, Hilda Baci, who on Monday 15th May 2023 achieved a world record so mind-blowing that we are still reeling in awe of her strength, stamina, determination, and resilience.?
