If You Don’t Change This, Your Support Community Will Never Grow
Moving In:
While aging confidently as Older to Elder, the Resilience Essential plays a pivotal role in shaping the strength of your support community*. If you don't adapt and enhance your resilience, your support network may not evolve to meet your shifting needs and desires.
[*Support Community–references in the widest sense–those who walk with you–your family and friends–the professionals who support the different aspects of living life–the contributors and recipients of your legacy project– those who you welcome even though they have not arrived yet! You can use the term “stakeholders” as well.]
Resilience is the key to maintaining your sense of independence and ensuring that your support community remains robust. Resilience involves not only the ability to bounce back from challenges but also the capacity to embrace shift and learn from experiences. And, along the way, you lessen situational dysfunction because you organize your thinking/feeling based on relevance and reciprocity, and well-being and well-living.
To effect a meaningful shift with your support community, you must first cultivate resilience within yourself. This means acknowledging that your needs and circumstances may evolve as you age, and being open to exploring new forms of support and connection.
As you adapt to your evolving needs, your resilience enables you to navigate life's inevitable transitions with grace and confidence seasoned with hope and faith.
By bolstering your own resilience, you can also inspire and empower your support community to evolve alongside you. Your ability to face adversity with an optimistic outlook and determination can influence those around you, encouraging them to provide the support that aligns with your current aspirations and outcomes.

Moving Forward
Resilience includes coping well with presenting high levels of ongoing disruptive shift, sustaining energy when under constant challenges, bouncing back easily from setbacks, overcoming adversity, editing (add, alter, delete) ways of working to incorporate learning when old ways are no longer possible, and doing all of this without acting in dysfunctional or harmful ways - yet returning to a place seen as kinder than when you entered, thus strengthening your approach to living legacy life

Your Guide on the Ride! Working through WELLthMovement.com
I'm an ager - in my 70th revolution of the sun (2024).?I walk as a "Solo-Ager".
As to Older to Elder, I'm exploring what it means for me.
I work with wholistic, reciprocal education approaches--especially mentoring.
Over the years, across many continents, I gathered evidence-based wisdom. I wanted to harness my "wellth of experiences" and transform them into powerful tools and techniques as I mentor personal growth adventures and the organization of work.
During the development and delivery of the different activities, I've seen the "applicability required" for evolving "living legacy life" projects and programs of different sizes. Learning to navigate the shifting landscapes of others' (and my) projects is a way I remain relevant & current in moving the experiences of older to elder for all!
