Life isn’t fair.?There’s going to be misfortune and mishaps.?If you expect it, then you can manage it.
IT IS WHAT IT IS
Accepting that something has happened allows you to find a way to move forward. Remember The Serenity prayer: God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; Courage to change the things I can; And wisdom to know the difference.
I’M NOT A VICTIM
Change your view from having the mistreatment or misfortune define you, to how you are going to thrive.
THIS WILL PASS
The pain and trauma are but a moment in a Life (relative to the greater extent of Life).?If it is a moment, then you can get past it.

LET IT GO
The time and energy lamenting the misfortune and mishaps are wasted, when you really need that time and energy to overcome them.?And, forgiving is not for the person who had wronged/hurt you.?They’re still liable. More importantly, it’s for you to release the pain and move towards peace - to Thrive.?
KEEP ON KEEPING ON
If you’re going through Hell, keep on going through.?If you let the problem, trauma, misfortune stop you, then your life stagnates – you can’t keep growing, thriving.
LEARN FROM IT
If you’re going to have misfortune and mishaps, then find what you can learn from it – so you can keep improving and thrive.?Use uncertainty to innovate and transform - ?bounce forward and breakthrough to something new.
BE GRATEFUL
Even though there are misfortunes and mishaps, there are also things you can be find that are positive and reassuring.?It tempers the pain from the misfortune and mishap and gives you strength to move past it.
