Hey there! Comings and goings are part of working life, but one group has had more leavers than usual lately. This week, new data revealed that CEO turnover is at a record high and one article warned of a potential leadership crisis.?

There’s concern at the other end of the employee lifecycle as well. 37% of managers say they would rather hire AI than a new grad due to past issues with Gen Z workers. Experts say better communication and culture can help young hires, giving us yet another reason to keep improving our workplaces.
