This week has been incredible for both buyers and sellers. FHA buyers, especially those with a 780+ FICO score, are seeing the lowest rates with just 3.5% down. Even if your credit score is less than perfect, we're seeing rates in the low 6%'s—an amazing opportunity that's prompting many to jump off the fence and get active in the market.

I've been fully booked with listings and buying appointments, and this week has been filled with successful closings.?Thursday we had 3 Closings alone, and it seems everything we are listing is selling in just a few days.?The Real Estate market for Sellers has heated up, and now truly is the time to make your move before competition increases even more.
