Residence Inn Hotel Begins Construction

Construction has begun on a Residence Inn Marriott hotel in San Antonio, Texas.?The project is being built by Peachtree Group and Merritt Development Group.?Located at 100 N Main Ave the $58 million hotel will be 10 stories tall and contain 171 guestrooms.?The hotel’s amenities include an on-site fitness center, flexible meeting spaces and a Caribou Coffee.?BGKT is the project Architect.??Greg Friedman is Managing Principal and CEO of Peachtree Group.?The project will be completed in the 2nd?quarter of 2026.??
