6 个月As usual Rachel Wolf Powers spot on with a nexus of struggle that has not been recognised by either People-Culture or legacy HRM capabilities. The sooner orgs eliminate the characterisation of these roles as 'edge cases' and start thinking about the new norms that are coming our Digital and Tech industries continue the business of inventing the that balanced future. Side point here in my POV is... How do organisations modify some of the People and Culture dimensions to really be more inclusive of the new norms for faster safer innovation as standard. Many CIOs and CEOs might still look to drive better adoption of continual improvement and digital Product cultures where living these norms is a foundation skill.
