Resetting your iPhone or iPad.

If you find that rebooting your device doesn't fix the problem at hand then you may need to look into resetting.

This will reset all setting back to factory default so only use this as a last option. You may also need to use this function if you are handing the device over to a new owner.

The way to do this is to open Settings, General and then scroll to the bottom of the screen. You should see the reset button. Click on this and then select reset all settings.
