All excellent suggestions Viveka von Rosen and a good reminder that there's a variety of things to do (and perhaps it's a good idea to purposely do something different). Years ago, my wife and I spent a weekend at Esalen attending a workshop taught by the writer, educator and Aikido blackbelt - George Leonard. Interesting, memorable and great fun!
