RESET
Yesterday it was nice enough to walk outside without a jacket. Today we are expected 4-8 inches of snow. Some of us need to RESET our expectations or plans for the day, perhaps adjusting in-person meetings to virtual meetings.
If we RESET in a big way this can be very disruptive. Even major life changes that are highly desirable can be significantly stressful because of the amount of RESET needed.
Our ability to RESET in small ways however can be a major factor in our success. Whether we are resetting our plans and actions, our understanding of our surroundings (situational awareness), or our expectations, continuous incremental realignment gets us closer to success.
RESET every day based on the BUILDUP and RESULTS and use that to go the EXTRA MILE and increase your MOMENTUM.
