Reserve Your Akamai Gardens Home Now

Today we’re onsite at the Akamai Gardens construction site in Kailua to give you the details of what this development will offer. Construction for Akamai Gardens is estimated to finish in the first quarter of next year and there will be eight homes available—both model A and model B homes. The model A homes are 2,100 square feet and feature 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, while the model B homes are 2,200 square feet and feature 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Each model is equipped with air conditioning and comes with a two-car garage. They also come with a lanai that’s designed to be an outdoor living area. We’re taking reservations for these homes now, and since there are only eight of them, we expect them to go quickly.
