Employee Grievances
Grievance may be any form & kind, genuine or imaginary feeling of dissatisfaction or injustice which an employee experiences about his job and it’s nature, about the management policies and procedures.
Handling employees grievance which may or may not be typically fall in the grievance category yet it is equally important to curb them down ASAP.
It it just not mere the responsibility of only the HRs of any organisation but is equally be a part of MANAGERS’ KRAs.
Employee grievances if not addressed well & on time, lead to employee dissatisfaction at home & there arises a new challenge of attrition.
Employee Engagement & Employee Retention MUST be a part of each member of an organisation.
Taking care of each others’ needs & respecting each other plays a vital role in organisational growth.
