Dealing with 'resenteeism'
Do you feel stuck in your current role? If so, you could be suffering from 'resenteeism,' Stylist Magazine points out. The term, coined by staff management software provider, RotaCloud , refers to employees feeling unhappy or stuck in their job due to lack of options and could result in workers feeling resentful, disengaged or unhappy.?

And that invariably will lead to setback at work. So beyond balance, prioritise your life to give the best of your ability to your work and thus be a winner.

9 个月In the good times, balance is much more realistic when there is less pressures to work beyond fixed hours, whilst we must consider what the purpose of balance is? when a parent or carer, balance is imperative, and we must consider pressure on mental health; however, there is a wave of expectancy on balance that some people "expect" balance whilst also expecting the career progression, high pay, extra bonuses...nothing comes easy, work hard, and balance will come. Some people choose having a dog at home over being in an office, is that balance then needing to work from home, or choice? this is a very open topic...
