5 年Thanks for sharing Dave - no question that EAPs can have a meaningful impact on employees and their families, from crisis support to more broad counselling and "life" assistance.? But as you and I have discussed many times, employers and providers need to partner to ensure effective communication.? This means (at times) thinking outside the box and use of multiple engagement strategies....
