In compliance with applicable State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory for all MSK staff. Staff are considered fully vaccinated upon completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19 (i.e., one dose of a single dose vaccine or a final dose of a multi-dose vaccine series).?Exceptions from the COVID-19 vaccine requirement are permitted for those who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.?Requests for medical exemption can take up to two weeks to review. Vaccination or an approved medical exemption is required to start work.

*Staff working at a MSK New Jersey location must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccination, which includes having completed the primary COVID-19 vaccination series and booster once eligible as mandated by New Jersey State. All New Jersey staff not yet eligible for a booster must receive a booster within 3 weeks of becoming eligible as a condition of continued employment at MSK.

Note:?Individuals are eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster two months after completion of a primary vaccination series for COVID-19.?Because vaccine-induced immunity can wane over time, MSK continues to strongly urge all staff to get a COVID-19 booster as soon as they become eligible to maintain their protective immunity for a longer period.

CaWe are looking for a?Core Coordinator?to help manage the functions and activities of assigned projects within PRO-CEL Core.

You Are:

• Adaptable and flexible, and enjoy working on various projects at the same time.
• Dedicated and persistent when faced with setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles.
• Effective at building strong customer relationships and a collaborative team member.
• A sound decision-maker and able to operate in ambiguous circumstances.
• Proficient in data management and manuscript writing is health-related/science fields.

You Will:

• Have ownership of monitoring, documentation, tracking, and auditing all activities as they relate to the existing and emerging Core databases.
• Develop detailed descriptions of patient-reported outcomes measures for use in grant funding applications and IRB protocols.
• Manage and maintain databases, as well as oversee management and coordination of an institution-wide research interview training program.
• Support marketing and advertising strategy development
• Schedule and plan marketing, outreach, in reach, and other promotional events for PRO-CEL Core services.
• Coordinate, attend, and track minutes during consultation meetings.
• Compile a weekly review of recent journal publications advancing cancer prevention and control relevant to PRO-CEL Core activities.
• Track and process invoices.
• Assist with proofing and quality control processes of documents.

You Need:

• 4-7 years of work experience in social/behavioral sciences research design and related concepts, Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred

Pay Range $63,700.00-$98,700.00
