Dear Friends — I hope all is well. I am sharing the below videos and links about longevity (source: Cambrian) for your leisurely consumption during the holidays. Lately, I have been focusing more on this important topic. Over the next 10-20 years, science has the potential to make significant progress in medical research and extend healthy human lifespan to 120+ years. In other words, the next 10-20 years would be the most inopportune time to die. All of us should try not do it :)
