Research that Drives Industry Innovation

It is important to the understand the past to gain insights to where we may focus efforts for the future. At Mortenson, one of the key partnerships has been with the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) at Stanford University. It is where we first heard of the concept of 4D, which was the genesis of our VDC and Innovation program. It is also a place where we've made long term relationships with CIFE leaders and member where we meet with industry peers on a common goal which is to support exceptionally reliable engineering and management practices to plan, design, construct and operate sustainable facilities.
