• Integrated Returns with API: This option allows retailers to embed the returns process directly on their website, enabling customers to generate an Express Post label and choose between Post Office drop-off or home collection.

ReSculpted: Earn Rewards for Sustainable Returns

Sculpted by Aimee launched their ReSculpted initiative, encouraging customers to return empty Sculpted products for free and earn points towards future purchases in return. They needed a partner to allow their customers to return their products easily and provide a straight-forward solution to be a part of the circular economy, and An Post’s return solution enabled them to do that. Participants can earn up to 200 Sculpted points—redeemable for discounts on future purchases while contributing to a sustainable cycle that gives products a second life.

The process couldn’t be simpler. Customers just pack their empties, book a return online, and either drop it off at a Post Office or schedule a free collection from their doorstep—all without printing labels.
